At Lenoro Store, your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Return Eligibility

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

    • Include a copy of your invoice with your return package.

    • Please mention the reason for the return.

  2. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for shipping the merchandise back via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post).

    • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Refunds do not cover delivery charges.

  3. Refund Processing

    • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned products.
